- Over 17 years experience in the industry and Power Tongs

3. Laydown Manager: Trevor St. Jean
- Has written safety manuals on laydown machines and has over 17 years experience

4. Senior Power Tong Operator: Ian Janzen
- has over 10 years experience, two of them offshore in Hibernia

Other laydown and tong operators are Nathan Block, with more than 5 years experence. Scott Seltinrich with more than 15 years experience, and Collin Shaw who has been with MadKat for the past year.
